1.4 In case if any information provided by Member is inauthentic or inaccurate, NetQuer.com retains the right of deleting Member's account and rights to use the service.

Using and referring:

2.1 Each person may have only one account !

2.2 We reserve the right to terminate any account to our discretion.

2.4 You can promote your referral link using our banners.

2.5 We will pay you 10% and 5% from your first and second referral levels.

Spam:

3.1 We will immediately delete any account which we believe, to our discretion somehow connected with any spam or other illegal e-mails.

Payments:

4.1 We pay to our Members on a monthly basis(you will be able to order your earnings after 3 days from the end of the month you work in ). And 7 days for processing payment

4.2 We pay through E-Gold, MoneyBookers and WebMoney.

4.3 There is NO minimum payout!

4.4 No payment fee charged from the Members while payouts made.

4.5 Money can be ordered only if they are in "Available" section.

4.6 Member has no property rights to the saved up balance unless it is shown in the "Available" section.

4.7 NetQuer.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend expected payments if advertiser did not make payment to us.

4.8 If the membership is deleted dy administration or canceled by member for any reason, the member will loose all accumulated balances.

Changes:

6.1 Administration of NetQuer.com may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If any change in Terms and Conditions will be made NetQuer.com will notify all Members via e-mail of some other way.

6.2 Modifying of the service can be made with or without notice to the Members.

6.3 Discontinueing of the service can be made with or without notice to the Members.

Disagree?::

7.1 If the member discordant with any point of these Terms and Conditions or any subsequent modifications thereto or becomes dissatisfied with the Service in any way, the member's only recourse is to immediately stop using service and cancel membership.

7.2 NetQuer.com reserves the right to cancel or add any change the Terms and Conditions applicable to the NetQuer.com and its policies at any time without further obligation, taking into consideration Laws of the USA.
